Creully is a small medieval town situated in Normandy, on the border of Bessin, some miles away from the sea,
halfway between Caen and Bayeux.
The castle is the birthplace of the famous Norman barons and housed the BBC during the Normandy landings in 1944.
It is open to visitors.
